1. Scope of Application

This policy governs the listing and application of prices for services provided on goldencoastresort.com.vn, in order to ensure transparency, openness, and compliance with applicable law.

2. Price Listing Policy for Services

1. Service prices (if any) listed on the website are directly determined and published by Golden Coast Resort & Spa.
2. Prices are displayed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
3. The price of each service is clearly displayed on the website before the customer completes the booking.
4. The website fully discloses all costs payable by the customer, including:
   • The service price applicable to the specific travel date, number of guests, and age of each guest;
   • Surcharges applicable to holidays, Tet, weekends, or single occupancy (if any);
   • Costs for additional services requested by the customer;
   • Surcharges for a number of guests exceeding the room’s standard occupancy;
   • Early check-in or late check-out surcharges in accordance with the hotel’s policy;
   • Compensation costs in the event of damage to or loss of the hotel’s property, as provided under applicable regulations;
   • Taxes, fees, and other costs required by law or under the policy published at the time the customer uses the service;
   • Other costs that may arise (if any).

   For costs that can be determined in advance, Golden Coast Resort & Spa discloses the applicable fee to the customer before the customer books a room or uses the service giving rise to that fee.

   For costs that can only be determined after the customer has used the service — such as costs arising from damage to or loss of property, or the actual use of additional services — Golden Coast Resort & Spa will notify the customer of the nature and amount of the cost before collecting it, unless otherwise provided by law.

   The customer is responsible for paying in full all costs that have been disclosed and that arise from the use of services, in accordance with the agreement, Golden Coast Resort & Spa’s policies, and applicable law.

5. Before the customer completes the transaction, the system will display the total amount payable, inclusive of all applicable charges. The customer will not be required to pay any fee in addition to the price displayed at the time the transaction is confirmed. Where the customer’s bank or card-issuing institution charges a separate transaction fee, that fee is borne by the customer in accordance with the relevant bank’s policy.

3. Price Application

1. The price applicable to a customer is the price displayed on the website at the time the customer completes the booking and the system confirms it. Room rates may change over time depending on room availability, peak season, holidays, promotional programs, or other booking conditions.
2. Once a transaction has been successfully confirmed, Golden Coast Resort & Spa will not unilaterally change the price of that confirmed transaction, except in the following circumstances:
   • With the customer’s consent;
   • At the request of a competent state authority;
   • In the event of a force majeure occurrence or a technical error that directly affects the price displayed, where an adjustment is permitted by law.

4. Price Adjustments

1. Golden Coast Resort & Spa reserves the right to adjust service prices to align with its business policy, promotional programs, or market fluctuations.
2. A price adjustment does not affect any transaction that a customer has already successfully booked and that has been confirmed by the system, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.
