Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1. Rights and Obligations of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA

1.1. Rights of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA

  • To issue, amend, and publish the terms of use, transaction conditions, pricing policy, payment policy, service provision policy, cancellation/refund policy, privacy policy, and other operational regulations on the website.
  • To post, update, and edit information on services, selling prices, promotional programs, and applicable policies on the website in accordance with the law.
  • To provide, amend, update, or temporarily suspend services for system maintenance or upgrades, or at the request of a competent state authority.
  • To review, edit, standardize, hide, or refuse to publish service information if the content is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent with GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s standards, or at risk of violating the law.
  • To temporarily suspend sales of, hide, or cancel a product/service in cases of unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect information, quality risk, a request from GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s service-providing partner, a force majeure event, or a request from a competent state authority.
  • To refuse to confirm or to cancel a booking if the customer provides inaccurate information, cannot be contacted, fails to pay on time, if the transaction shows signs of fraud, involves abuse of a promotion, or violates the website’s terms.
  • To request that customers provide the information necessary to book a service, verify payment, issue a voucher, complete travel procedures, process a refund/cancellation, or resolve a complaint.
  • To select, change, temporarily suspend, or terminate cooperation with GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s service-providing partners when necessary to ensure quality, safety, lawfulness, or operational efficiency.
  • To use transaction data, booking history, and valid documents for reconciliation, dispute resolution, and to protect the lawful rights and interests of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA, customers, and related parties.
  • To request that a competent authority take action in cases of violations of information security regulations and other acts prohibited under the website’s operating policies.
  • To charge service fees at the price published at the time the customer carries out the transaction.
  • To own and protect all content, images, designs, trademarks, logos, data, and other intellectual property on the website in accordance with the law. Any unauthorized copying, use, or exploitation is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA.

1.2. Obligations of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA

  • To disclose information on the website’s owner, transaction conditions, privacy policy, payment policy, pricing policy, service provision policy, cancellation/refund policy, and complaint-resolution method.
  • To provide service information that is honest, clear, and consistent with confirmed data or data built directly by GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA.
  • To display key information before the customer makes payment: service name, date of use, itinerary, price, inclusions/exclusions, surcharges, cancellation/change conditions, number of guests, contact information, and the total amount payable.
  • To confirm the service after the customer completes payment or satisfies the reservation conditions applicable to that service.
  • To protect the customer’s personal information and to share it with GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s service-providing partners only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
  • To receive, respond to, and assist in resolving customers’ feedback, complaints, and requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds, in accordance with the published procedure.
  • To coordinate with GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s service-providing partners to resolve issues arising before, during, and after the trip, within the scope of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s responsibility and reasonable control.
  • To retain transaction records, booking codes, payment records, vouchers, documents, correspondence history, and processing results for reconciliation, accounting, customer support, and legal requirements.
  • Not to conduct business in or publish services belonging to prohibited industries, that infringe intellectual property rights, that are false, or that seriously mislead customers.
  • To ensure the website operates safely and stably; to apply the necessary technical and management measures to ensure information security and protect the confidentiality of customers’ and consumers’ personal information in accordance with the law.
  • To provide complete, honest, and accurate information about services; to ensure service quality consistent with the published content.
  • To fully perform its service-provision obligations in accordance with its agreement with the customer and the law.
  • To provide valid invoices and documents (if any) in accordance with the law.
  • To receive, process, and promptly resolve customers’ requests, feedback, and complaints on the principle of openness and transparency.
  • To fully perform its tax obligations and other financial obligations in accordance with the law.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Customer (Service User)

2.1. Rights of the Customer

  • To be provided with the necessary information about a service before booking a tour or making payment.
  • To choose the service, stay dates, number of guests, room type, surcharges, payment method, and other valid options displayed by the system.
  • To receive a service booking confirmation, information on using the service, and the necessary support once the payment/confirmation conditions have been completed.
  • To request an explanation of the price, surcharges, refund/cancellation policy, and the conditions for using a voucher or discount code.
  • To submit feedback, complaints, requests for support, or refund requests in accordance with the published policy and the law.
  • To have their personal data protected, and to request to view, correct, restrict the processing of, or delete their personal data to the extent permitted by law.
  • To have their personal and private information protected in accordance with the law, provided the user has supplied full and accurate personal information as required.
  • To request the deletion of data they have provided on the website.
  • To be provided with complete and accurate information on pricing, the payment policy, the service provision method, and the transaction conditions before placing an order.
  • To choose the service, payment method, and service provision method offered by the website.
  • To enjoy consumer rights under the law if a service is not provided in accordance with the confirmed information, or if an error occurs that falls within the responsibility of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA.

2.2. Obligations of the Customer

  • To provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking a service.
  • To be solely responsible for the validity of identification documents, passport, visa, entry permit, health conditions, and other personal documents required by the destination country, the carrier, and GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA’s service-providing partners.
  • To pay in full and on time, using the chosen method and in accordance with the conditions of each service.
  • To carefully check the information on the service booking confirmation and to immediately notify GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA of any error found.
  • To be present on time, at the correct location, and to comply with the instructions of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA, its service-providing partners, tour guides, drivers, hotels, attractions, and the laws applicable at the destination.
  • Not to use the website, vouchers, discount codes, or a GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA account for fraud, profiteering, spamming, distributing malicious code, attacking the system, or infringing the rights of others.
  • To keep their email, phone number, service booking code, voucher, and other service confirmation documents secure.
  • To provide complete and accurate evidence and information, and to cooperate in good faith, when a complaint, feedback, refund request, or dispute arises. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
  • To immediately notify GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA of any unauthorized use of their account and password, or of any act that breaches the security system.
  • To comply with the terms, transaction conditions, sales policy, and other regulations published on the website.
