1. Payment Methods
Payment by credit/debit card
Depending on the period, the website may integrate additional payment methods. If applied, these payment methods will be officially published on the homepage/payment page.
2. Payment Timing and Amount
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation or confirmation, customers must pay 100% of the booking value to secure the reservation.
For any additional services incurred during the stay, GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA is responsible for publicly disclosing the applicable price and conditions before the customer uses the service. Information on service pricing may be posted in the room, at the front desk, at the service area, or provided through other appropriate notification methods of GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA.
Where the price or applicable conditions of an additional service change, GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA will notify the customer of the new price and conditions before the customer continues to use the service.
Customers are responsible for paying for any additional services they have used at the price and under the conditions that were disclosed or notified prior to use.
For costs arising from damage or loss of property, or in cases that can only be determined after the incident occurs, GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA will notify the customer of the details, basis, and amount of the charge before collecting the fee, except where otherwise provided by law.
Payment of any additional charges shall be made in cash at the front desk or by another payment method accepted by GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA and notified to the customer.
3. Transaction Fees
Bank fees, card transaction fees, or payment intermediary fees (if any) shall be borne by the customer unless stated as already included. The amount actually received by Golden Coast Resort & Spa must exactly match the amount due for payment.
4. Payment Security and Safety
Golden Coast Resort & Spa is committed to applying the necessary measures to ensure the safety and security of information during the payment process on the website.
4.1. Securing Payment Information
- The Customer’s payment information is transmitted through an encrypted connection and protected by security measures designed to limit the risk of unauthorized access.
- Transaction authentication is carried out using the method prescribed by the card-issuing bank at each point in time (including, but not limited to, OTP, Smart OTP, or other lawful authentication methods).
4.2. Storage of Payment Information
- Golden Coast Resort & Spa does not collect or store users’ bank card information or bank account login details.
- Where a Customer chooses to save a payment method for use in future transactions, the website only stores an identification code (Token).
- The website only stores the information necessary for transaction reconciliation and management, such as order code, transaction code, payment time, payment method, and payment status.
4.3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure safety during the payment process, the Customer is responsible for:
- Keeping their account information, password, OTP code, and other transaction authentication methods confidential.
- Not providing payment authentication information to any organization or individual, except when carrying out a transaction through a bank or a lawful Payment Gateway Partner.
- Fully checking order information, payment amount, and recipient information before confirming a transaction.
- Immediately notifying GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA or the bank upon detecting signs of an unusual transaction or suspected unauthorized access.
4.4. Handling Payment Incidents
In the event of detected signs of fraud, unauthorized access, unusual transactions, or a request from a competent state authority, GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA has the right to temporarily refuse or suspend processing of a transaction in order to carry out verification, so as to protect the lawful rights and interests of both the Customer and the company.
GOLDEN COAST RESORT & SPA is committed to complying with the laws of Vietnam on electronic transactions, cashless payments, personal data protection, and other relevant legal regulations in the course of receiving, processing, and safeguarding the Customer’s payment information.
